Cancellations
Please be advised that a 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments in order to receive a refund or transfer your deposit to a new appointment time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Thank you for choosing our services!
Missed Appointments
Please be advised that missed or no-show appointments will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation helping us manage our schedule effectively.
Late Arrivals
Please note that if you arrive 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or adjust the services based on the remaining time. If there is no response after 15 minutes, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
Booking Appointments
A deposit is required to confirm your appointment. The amount the deposit will vary based on the services you choose. Please note that the pre-tax value of your deposit will deducted from the total cost of the appointment.
